Kevin has over 10 years experience in Sales and Construction Management for a National Builder, and has worked with local smaller builders to sell out multiple communities in VA and MD. His keen skills include the ability to read and sell from builder’s blueprints and site plans, along with working with builders to select product offerings, designs, and finishes customized to buyers specifications.
Kevin performs market analysis to both price homes to be marketed as well when looking at prospective jobs. In addition, he walks homes under construction with builders to work as a team to deliver the best product and maximize profits. Kevin also works with designers to create renderings and 3D floor plans from builders plans so buyers have a personalized look at their potential new home.
