Pat has been applying his calm and steady approach to Northern Virginia real estate since May 1997. He takes a full-service approach to helping Buyers and Sellers navigate the real estate market.

Pat has a proven track record, with special expertise in Estates & Trusts and seniors in transition. Pat's detail-oriented personality, coupled with his win-win negotiation skills, have helped him to help all kinds of families find the homes that are right for them. All told, his expertise has closed over $250M in sales.

Pat owes much of his success to his on-going coaching through Buffini & Company. He applies the System to his business, to the benefit of his clients.

In addition to being part owner of the Reston Keller Williams office, he serves on the office's ALC (Agent Leadership Council).

When he's not buying and selling houses, Pat's family is the center of his life. As such, he enjoys spending his time with his family -- both playing and traveling -- and is a lifelong supporter of the Chicago Bears.
