Lucy started in the real estate industry in 2000 working for a second mortgage lender. After that, she spent 10+ years with a local successful title company. She finally found her niche in 2014 working as an office manager for Flynn Realty Associates with Keller Williams Realty. As an experienced and previously licensed title processor, Lucy uses her skills and knowledge to help the team with both listings and purchases.  Her creativity and marketing skills aid in producing the team’s professional materials.  She also fills a key role in helping clients through the many steps of their sale, purchase, or move. Lucy is an exceptional manager of all that is involved in a successful real estate transaction. Lucy is also a licensed real estate agent who helps clients sell, buy, and rent. She is licensed in Virginia and West Virginia. When Lucy is off of “all things real estate”, she is at home with her husband and two beautiful daughters. She spends her extra time volunteering at her local Celebrate Recovery program and her churches community impact efforts.
