Kevin started out with one of the largest home builders in the country, Ryan Homes, as a Construction Manager & Sales Manager. While there, he received extensive training in residential project management and new home sales. He built and sold over 250 homes in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Price William counties, and was the recipient of numerous company awards.

Kevin has a proven track record of outstanding customer service and knowledge of the Northern Virginia home market. These traits, along with an understanding of construction methods and space design, give his clients a distinct advantage.

His goal is to build long-term relationships with his clients, and he continues to educate himself on the industry in order to be as relevant a real estate resource in the future as he is today.

Kevin is a native Virginian, growing up outside Roanoke. He attended James Madison University, where he graduated with a BBA in Economics and Marketing Information Systems.
